A 100% paralell universe would have only ONE difference between itself and our own portion of space-time. That difference would be cosmically insignificant, such as the makeup of a far-flung star containing 1% more helium than our own universe's analogue of that particular star. So to answer your question, I think so. :)

Think positive my friends. Life is lovely, maybe it'd be twice as lovely in a parallel universe? or 2^2=4 times as good?

I don't think we need a parallel universe to prove that. Everyone knows that we are all twice and sometimes three times as screwed up as we are.
We all just hide it so well, that we only show one screwed up side at a time.
Sometimes all hell breaks loose though and that is when they come to take us away HA HA!!

This phenomenon can't exist, because it would still be part of the universe. Perhaps you are talking about a parallel dimension, or reality.

Actually as screwed up as you think I am, things are really worse. Not just the dementia of the parallel Universe is at hand, you forgot the two perpendicular Universes as well.
That makes things Quadruped Pooped. Downright Lunarticular! **incert moon here** If you wanted sanity, you should hang with a different group of people.

Does this mean you get to drink twice the number of martinis?
Do I have four booblies instead of two?
Two hot tubs for the price of one?
I've lost my virginity twice?
Does this mean I'm not monogamous?
Ok both of us are really freaking ourselves out now!

Actually each universe cancels out the other, therefore, I'm perfect.

There are theories that suggest that there are an infinite number of parallel universes...and that a version of ourselves exists in each one. So try to wrap your head around that.
