This happened to me before to the extent that I had a receding hairline.
I would first start with a store bought shampoo and conditioner called Thicker Fuller Hair. Try to use that for about one or two weeks. That shampoo has herbal ingredients that not only control unwanted oil, but it also, helps with the overall grow of your hair. A dermatologist once said that sebum from you hair follicles can clog the hair pores therefore contrubuting to hair loss. I would wash my hair at least 3 times per week. Try not to use any chemical ingredients that can damage the hair. The best shampoo for dandruff is the T Gel from neutrogena. Use that only one time per 2 weeks since its so potent and your hair is weak at this moment.
You can also squeeze about 1/2 a lemon juice into your shampoo to help control the oil.
SOME IMPORTANT POINTS...
You didnt mention if you are pregnant or are going through menopause, in that case, hair loss is normal in most women and you must consult with your doctor.
Another thing is that if the hair loss is persistent, you may ask your doctor to run a Thyroid panel blood test, your thyroid function could be out of whack and medication to regulate the thyroid function can put an end to the problem.
Other things can also cause brittle hair and hair loss, like a change of diet and stress. You may need to check that as well.
DO NOT USE ROGAINE UNTIL YOU HAVE CONSULTED WITH A DOCTOR!! After you start using it, if you stop, your hair will fall again!

Wash your hair regularly and keep the scalp clean, you will probably stop having dandruff problems once you regulate the sebum. A few remedies that you can try at home are:-
Apply coconut oil on your scalp and leave it for an hour. After an hour, apply lemon juice and massage your scalp. Leave it on for another hour, and then shampoo your hair with a mild shampoo. This will leave your hair shiny and without any dandruff flakes.
Take an egg, beat it and apply on the scalp and leave it for an hour. Shampoo your hair and you will find that the dandruff has disappeared.
If you have mild dandruff, applying coconut oil daily for a few days, will rid you of the condition.-
Wash you hair with beer. The alcohol in the beer is known to clear the dandruff on your scalp.

for the oily hair problem dont use conditioner every time you wash your hair, but use something like the head and shoulders shampoo, it conditions your scalp, and doesnt make hair oily.

i did have hair like this . try washing it more often , or get a new shanpoo & conditioner . if that dont work go 2 some1 u know that cuts your hair & ask them 4 help
