What kind did you want.
You could use pesto, creamy pesto, alfredo, four cheese, marinara, the choices are endless.
Personally if I'm in a rush I will just buy a jar of marinara & a jar of four cheese and combine 1/2 marinara and 1/2 four cheese. then I add hydrated sundried tomatoes, mushrooms & grilled chicken strips and there you have chicken fettuccini.

try the recipes at Food network. com . They are all out of this world. I especially like the 1 made with heavy cream, garlic, butter, and parsam cheese. Then you can add anything you want like shrimp or chicken.
