Im 12 nd like 5"2 nd weigh 120...round der..........so i want a 6pack........but i onli have like a 4 pack...........but i want it ripped....wat do i do to get them...........liek should i be on a diet...........nd wat should i eat.......wats bad 4 me????

You've reached the first step by wanting to become fit!!! Next, try a low fat diet (cut out the candy, chips, and soda's), and begin an exercise routine including situps, crunches and flutter kicks. yes, it is good to look fantastic when u take off ur shirt instead of having people laugh at ur pot belly.
ok, here goes-
look for a trainer who will help you with weight training- maing muscles and all. train regularly and religiously.
as for the food- you should have ealthy protein, so here's a list-

skim milk
fish, chicken and lean-cut red meat.
soya products
low fat cottage cheese.
pulses / protein shakes, but not too many.
oh and please avoid eating rice and pasta ecause they will fill your belly with gas and that will make you look bloated and fat.

Pilate's is great for toning stomach. It takes awhile though,i did it and after two months my abs were starting to pop through.
