Bordens has an eggnog product in a can that I have kept for up to two years and it was still good. Keep it in a cool dry place and the taste doesn't change. You can buy it in most grocery stores during the holiday season and keep it through out the year. The taste is right, but the consistency is a little thin.

You can buy canned year round. You sound like my husband. He starts checking out the dairy section around Halloween and lives there until New Years

They sell it in our grocery stores year round. I know they keep it on the shelf by the coffee, tea and cocoa section. They also keep some in the cooler section with the milks.

You can buy egg nog (Advocarr) at most stores which sell spirits. As far as I know it is sold all year round, just more of it sells at Christmas.

Why not make it yourself?
It just takes a few eggs, milk, vanilla flavoring and some sugar. Boil it a few minutes to settle the issue and you have it.
use the recipy for boiled custard.

Check all you local grocery stores. Some may carry it year-round. Some of mine do.

Ask your local grocer (dairy dept. manager). I'm not really sure if you can buy it year-round. Try the food network's website for recipes or maybe home & garden.
