Actually, food in China is so diverse it will have to depend on which region you're going too. My personal favourite are Xiao Loong Pao (Soup Dumpling), Peking Duck and Monk Jump Over the Wall (assorted seafood).

a double quarter pounder with cheese, a medium french fries, and a chocolate shake and hot fudge sunday with nuts and whipped cream, and no i am not being funny, these are items that are a rarety found in their cultur and mcdonalds is a big hit there, although extremely expensive to import the beef. if you think it's expensive here in us dollar terms it is about $8.00 for a single quarter pounder with cheese.
