Thats just wrong in every way. I am a conversationalist myself but I know when to shut up and when to keep going. Every job I have had in the past, I get warned for talking too much. Hell I was a Bartender and I got in trouble for talking too much??!! I say no because I would recieve a jolting shock every minute of the day.!!

Ha ha. Ho ho. Good one. Girls are going to talk (especially me) and guys are going to put up with it if they want to get laid. That's just the way it is.
As for the boobs question, passing glances are OK, but it's just inappropriate to stare open-mouthed for more than a couple of seconds. No, that's not even inappropriate — it's prehistoric.
