it's the only tea that helps me sleep!!

Years ago I came across some in Harrods. Otherwise, I have only been able to buy it in Madagascar and Mauritius. However, what I would suggest is to get hold of some vanilla pods, grate them and add them in small amounts into the tea you are using.

Another thing you could do if you take sugar in your tea is to make vanilla sugar. Take a vanilla pod and place it in a jar which you have filled with sugar and allow it to infuse over 2-3 weeks. You could add this to your tea and obtain a similar effect.

There is always the possibility of using genuine vanilla essence as an additive as well. It certainly works taste wise.

Try your local supermarket, or Health Food Shop. The supermarket which i work in has a section besides the teabags that no all different flavour of teas.
