I have Norton AntiVirus 2006....i recently tried to run a virus scan it said the program cantt be found...jus wanted to kno where i could get a free version of this or a better program for free..even when i ran virus scans i still get pop ups.....and i have a pop up blocker..and use the Yahoo Anti Spy.......can someone help me please?

Do you use windows firewall?
Also, if you have an active service with antivirus, if you reinstall it, it should show as active.

first thing you should sink in your mind... Norton sucks... get AVG or Avast!...free.. go to trendmicros.com

try kaspersky.com and download the latest version along with that install a firewall e.g., OUTPOST FIREWALL...
