Price needed for an IEC Form 4 MCC?

Question

I am pricing a job in Algeria where the power supply is 400V, 50Hz. and requires a Form 4 MCC. I am in the US where this type of equipment is unavailable and therefore need to get it either locally or from the UK.
I would appreciate any leads to accomplish the task.
