Fry till gently browned on the two section. Serve on a similar time as warm. Serves a million-2 human beings. I discern, 2 eggs for each 3 human beings, and multiply the different aspects in this subject. I prepare dinner up each and all of the batter immediately and refrigerate any leftover pancakes. They warmth up decently in the microwave the subsequent day.

Pancakes

1 egg
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Beat egg until fluffy.
Add milk and melted margarine.
Add dry ingredients.

Pancakes

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/4 cups milk

Beat egg.
Stir in butter and milk.
Combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Stir into egg mixture.
Lightly grease a griddle.
Heat griddle and drop about 1/4 cup batter onto griddle.
Spread lightly with a spoon.
When bubbles begin to appear around outside edge and break, turn with a spatula and cook on other side.
(I also lift edge a little with the spatula and peek under it to see how it's doing.) You will need to adjust your heat so they do not cook too fast and burn.
For me, the temperature usually ends up somewhere between medium and medium-high.

Pete's Scratch Pancakes

2 cups flour
1 3/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 eggs, beat them separately before adding to mixture
1/4 cup butter, melted (1/8 of a pound)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Mix the dry items first. Combine the eggs and melted butter to the milk and slowly stir in the flour.
Let sit at least 10 minutes while heating the pan.
These will be high, but light and fluffy -- .

Buttermilk Pancakes

2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoon vegetable oil or cooking spray
maple syrup, for serving

In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the eggs on medium speed until frothy.
Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla.
Stir just until the batter is smooth and no lumps of flour remain; do not overbeat (I use a whisk).
Heat lightly greased griddle at 350 degrees.
Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter onto griddle for each pancake.
Cook until the tops of the pancakes are covered with tiny bubbles and the batter is set, about 4-6 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until the undersides are golden brown, about 4 minutes more.
Repeat with remaining batter.

IHOP Buttermilk Pancakes

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 pinch salt

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Mix all of the ingredients until smooth.
Melt a little bit of butter in the pan.
Pour the batter by spoonfuls into the hot pan, forming 5-inch circles.
When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes.
They should be golden brown.
Cook the pancakes on the other side until they are also golden brown.
Enjoy.

the easiest and quickest is mix flour, milk, sour cream (optional), a couple of eggs, sugar and salt and fry in batches until brown! eat with jam or sour cream.
also you can mix in some curd or apples or raisins or whatver you like to make them even better.

I always use Bisquick mix and water with some sort of frozen berry, or chocolate chips. Kids love it!
