Here's a funny story.... I have high cholesterol for my age, says my doc (ok, that's not the funny part), so I was struggling to find something healthy to eat. I was sick of being told every little thing was "wrong" so I went to the grocery store and bought a ton of Healthy Choice frozen dinners. They have a little heart on them which means they're recognized by the American Heart Association as healthy for people with bad cholesterol and diabetes. I was expecting them to be bland and scary, but they are yummy! No extra spices are needed, and better than that, I don't have to cook a damn thing! Now I can use all that extra time to exercise! Yay, me!

I like cottage cheese with just a touch of salt and pepper.

(May sound gross, but that's the way my mother did it when I was a kid.)
