how do I meet pharmaceutical dealers in africa?

I am looking for dealers/buyers for pharmaceutical products in Africa and Other countries.
I have generic formulation ,vaccine and sera, contrast media, medical x-ray films immediately available of any amount.

Thins kind of sounds like a freak spammer or Nigerian offer.
But if you hang out in Africa for a while and get to know the people, they will point you in the right direction. Best not to look online. that's really phony.
