I'd try the Champdogs site - currently there are four breeders advertising puppies.
You can also check out the information that the breeder has put about themselves on this site ... as far as I'm aware, this site is generally used by people who show & breed dogs ... rather than pet owners just producing a one off litter.
There's a dog puppy for £500 in Colchester ... the other breeders don't give their addresses, just telephone numbers & the puppies are £600 & £650.

Last time I was in Harrods they had Westies, though not everyone likes to buy from there.

I've got two little westies- they are mad!!!- wouldn't be without them though!!!- good luck!!
