Could be fuel pump relay and or pcm relay. You dont prime the fuel lines on them. The pump will do all the work

three things to ck ,1) make sure you have a good fuel pump relay2)ck to see if you are getting power through the inertia switch when cranking it over3)if all thats good look under the hood by the master cylinder area and find the wiring harness connector with the electrical wires running to the pump in frame and see if power make it through the connector to the pump, sometimes they get corroded there and make a bad or open circut.
If that doesnt get you going try another processor or have someone run the key on engine off test to see if any other circuts are open

I would think the pump would be in the tank and it would be efi. Break a line loose on the motor before the throttle body and just turn the key to the run postion and see if the fuel makes it up to the motor.

there should be a schrader valve on the fuel line (looks like a tire air valve)with the key turned on but engine off use a small phillips screwdriver and push the valve in untill you get air out and some gas flows out.you may have to cycle the key a few times to do this..good luck.
ase teck for many years.

make sure fuel filter is on in right direction, if not it will not allow enough fuel to pass to start. Should not have to bleed the system, should be able to try starting it a few times and it should start.

Maybe you have a hole or holes in your fuel line. If there is the pump can't draw gas from the tank.

try using a good carb cleaner, spray into carb. then start...if it starts then keep it going for 2/3 mins. that will alow the fuel to come up to carb, if eng. starts to choke out stop spraying an see if it will run on its owne, carb cleaner will not flame back at you like starting fluid plus it does not burn valves, all u need are quick sprays to keep it going...
