I wouldnt get rid of a religion.
Id get rid of the people who practice it in such a way that it hurts other people.

First of all if you going to remove anything legally you should get the power. When you get power you can't be partiality or favor to certain think. So you can't remove. You may hate some religion and you would like to remove them but you should proceed the reason, even if that reason will be that religion have minority population you can't remove that religion by hurting those peoples feeling.

This is a loaded question.
every religion is good and serves a good purpose. even if all it does is say be nice to others. But I would say that any religion that purposefully keeps people in the dark so they don't understand there are more options to choose, should go. Specifically, any religion that promotes violence as a religion, satanists, etc.

None. Every person has the total freedom of belief. People have the right to select a religion that makes them most comfortable and should not stop others from doing the same. And those who choose to stay atheists, again, it's their choice. We need peace.

If religion is defined as peoples beliefs (or lack thereof), then i would say abolish ignorance since most people act out in anger out of fear of what they do not know or understand.
