hi,why salt turn slight blue with water?

Mine dosn't, perhaps you should get some different salt. The one you have could be contaminated.

Does it??? I've never seen it do so! Maybe you are using impure salt.... with traces of CuSO4..... please change it!!! You could get food poisoning!
