Ayr gel is bought over the counter. It is used as a saline. But mostly for infants and children. Especially if they have colds and allergys. I needed for my 3 year old when he was an infant.

its basically a moisturizer, try some pharmacies. its kinda hard to find, so if you cant find it ask a pharmacist if they can order it for you (it doesnt cost much, maybe $4-7)
