NACHO CHEESE SAUCE
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
2 scallions, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. minced jalapeno peppers
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
nacho corn chips
Mix together peppers, olive oil, garlic and butter in a saucepan.
Sprinkle in flour, pour in milk and stir until mixture simmers -- do not allow to boil. When mixture begins to thicken, stir in the cheese and remaining ingredients, Simmer on low heat an additional five minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
Serve with nacho chips

1 lb Velveeta Mexican cheese or regular Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup milk
Place all ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on 30% power or defrost power for approximately 8 minutes, stopping every two to three minutes to stir. Serve with nacho chips or use over vegetables.

Hi seewtie Q T PIE,
Buy a jar of cheese, add to this small bits of jalopeno(sp) peppers
Jar of cheese mixed with a can Hormel Chili (beans or no beans)
add some salsa mix all together ( LQQKs puky but tastes good)
Or use velvtta cheese with 1 Tablespoon milk nuke(micro-wave)
be sure to watch closely or it burns then add any kinda peppers, salsa, hot sauce Serve with chips, veggies or crusty bread. Have a good day!

Get a loaf of velveeta cheese and cube it into a microwavable dish. Add to that a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes, 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa and if you want a 1/2 cup of chili (with or without beans. Melt and you've got yourself a delicious dip! Good Luck!

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 envelope taco mix seasoning
Chopped celery
Chopped onion
Chopped green pepper
Shredded lettuce
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped tomato
1 lb. Nacho cheese chips
Beat sour cream, cream cheese and taco mix well with beaters. Stir in chopped celery, onion and green pepper. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with lettuce, Cheddar cheese and tomato. Serve with Nacho cheese chips.

mexican style velveeta cheese and a can of rotel....put in microwave bowl (both) heat, stir, heat stir, about a minute at a time, till hot. Allrecipes.com should have variations of making that also....I go to that site alot.....tons of recipes...
