about 5 years ago, I started to fall into a really depressive episode. At first I thought it was only because I had a bad break from a relationship but the feelings wouldn't go away even after I got a new girlfriend. It was wrecking my life until a point where it was seriously affecting my work and personal life.
She was very worried but at the same time couldn't understand why I was still sad and thought that I still couldn't let go of my previous relationship. Being the wonderful person that she is, she put aside her feelings and suggested I go for psychiatric evaluation. Many months later and even more anti-depressants, I was not coming close to being better at all.
After doing some research online, I found out the real cause as you described it really makes a lot of sense and purchased this program. The results were simply astonishing. I read this book over three times and put all words in action. Using this method, I've kept my depression at bay ever since. Up to date I'm still living happily with my girlfriend.

Loneliness is your OWN making. How can you be Lonely when you can READ (and read the TEXT of the LIFEMAKER of All Lives). If you Do THAT, you'll can NEVER be Lonely and you'll find out new ways of making new friends. You'll realise, that EVERYONE Needs COMPANY (depends upon whether you make and effort and do Find the Right Company. Otherwise, one becomes a Glooming Face for All). Cheer up Friend. I am so sorry that you feel this way. Perhaps this will help you. In order to have a friend, you must be a "friend". Have confidence and love yourself. Look around and evaluate some people that you would like to establish a relationship with. Do you agree with where their feet ttake them? Pick your friends. Popular people have a lot of "acquantinces" not "friends" there is a difference. Being popular is not all it's cracked up to be. You really have to "filter" out all the phonies. What are your interests? Go to Church. Go to the museum or whatever and strike up a conversation with someone. Once you get comfortable communicating with people things will start to turn around. In the meantime talk to God. He is always there have faith in him and yourself, Everyone longs for companionship, even people with a lot of acquantinces. Love yourself!!!

I am sorry that you are feeling this way. The most important thing to do is go to you doctor. There are many types of medications to help with depression. Take the medication faithfully. Try and do things for yourself. When you feel the gloom coming on. Go outside, go for a walk try and clear your head. Talking on line is a good thing, there are many people out there feeling the way you do and it might help to talk to a stranger. Make sure you feel good about yourself, keep yourself well dressed and shower daily. It may seem like a small thing but it helps. Good luck and I hope tomorrow is better.

Join a club or a gym that will keep u motivated i had suffered depression for 2years i felt lonely even when i was surrounded by my family i still felt alone so i got myself out and about started to go to the gym started to meet new people new friends start getting your self out other wise you will get worse the longer you leave it the bigger the hole will get speak to your doctor about it first he or she will give you some advice about what to do and were to start.

hi tarun, even i used to think like u sometime ago. but now i have realised that there r many friends around me. surely even u must be having friends just around u have to only discover them. the best way is be positive always, talk well with people around u. the most important thing is keep a cute smile on ur face always believe me it really works and u can see wonders happening around u. dont worry veryone has a friend in this world.

Hmm.. I was once like that and still get depressed occasionally. I think the best thing is to do positve stuff for yourself and just to get out there. Like joining a gym for example and getting in shape. If that doesnt help don't be afraid to see a psychiatrist antidepressants might be effective.

whenever u feel lonely or depressed about things divert your mind
think about things u posses. u must be having parents or a sibling that means u have people around u who care about u . u may share ur problems and feelings with them after all they have faced things that u r facing today.
as far as making frends is concerned there must be sweet 2 people and dont shout or be arrogant .iam sure u will have frends

try joining a group of some type maybe theatre arts group, talking online, forcing yourself to jog at least 30min a day. join a gym might be good to not to lose weight but to boost those happy hormones. dont lean to drugs, try st. johns wort or hypericum. these are herbal remedies for depression. depending where you are, go to the chemist and get natural remedies for depression. if really bad case then you should consult your doctor and get something stronger. good luck.
