I have read too many articles....it is 3:25 am central time for me usa........Eid will start october 24 tuesday, due to sightings in yemen, australia, barbados, california, new york and some other places. Eid Mubarak.....ps I refuse to use calculations and only celebrate Eid when the crescent has been sighted.

i'am in indonesia, we have 2 big moslem organization, Muhammadiyah (MU) and Nahdlotul Ulama (NU), they have different way to determine when the 1 syawal come. NU with rukyah and MU with hisab. So, with hisab MU announce that Eid ul-Fitr will be hold at monday 23-Oct, and NU (so as the Indonesian Governement) at 24-Oct. I my self will celebrate the Eid at 23-Oct.
