Don't freak out. I had all sorts of stomach upsets in the first 12 weeks. There are lots of things which may now upset your digestive system because of all the pregnancy hormone increases going on.
I would go and see or ring the midwife - mine has given me a 24 hour help number and is happy to answer questions like this. Don't take any vitamin or minerals until your have professional advise as they can do more harm than good. I tried to eat small meals every few hours; nothing spicy or fatty as they will upset your stomach more. Things like toast or bakes potatos are good plus lots of water. I'm sure you have nothing at all to worry about; there are so many strange things that happen in the first 12 weeks - I had lots of foul smelling gas both ends in the day or nights! But do make that call and you will feel reassured.

No. I had a diarrhea for the first month or so after finding out that I was pregnant. Be sure and let your doc know and also be sure and drink plenty of fluids to replace those you are losing through the diarrhea.
Don't worry, mine stopped around 9 weeks and now I'm having the opposite problem!

Looks easier than it is..
Diarrhorea can dehydrate you, If you are worried about it, contact your GP. He may give you something to settle this. it may be due to your hormone levels also.
Every pregnancy is different. Take care and best of luck..

Welcome to pregnancy. Everything can seem like a symptom or sign, but don't worry. You just need to remember to take your prenatal vitamins, stay hydrated and eat healthy foods.
Good Luck!

You need Iron tablets, your doctor should have given you a prescription for these when he/she confirmed your pregnancy!
