As with any Microsoft product, best to wait a year to allow it to mature. New gadgets are cool, new software is frustrating. I haven't heard the pricing yet but probably $150 -$200. Also, you'll have to ramp up your RAM if you don't already have at least a gig.

I'd wait til SP2 comes out. The initial release will be rammed full of bugs and security flaws (despite Microsoft saying otherwise)
