that can be controlled by computer that is able to generate visual impulses at the rate of 1000's of frames per second and broadcast it at the same time to hundreds of millions of peoples all around the world? That is, America DEFINES what people see all around the world!

Like a camera yes all the images all people see can be mixed together in a sort of "super control room" ?
