What works the best so she does not fall in? I am starting to get my little one to use the big toilet by herself.

My daughter won't use a seat reducer ring because she's a "big girl", so what she does is hangs her little butt over the big ole hole, and holds on for dear life on the sides of the toilet seat. It's hilarious to watch.

Put a stool in the bathroom. My almost-3-year old can use the big potty but she uses a little stool from target to step on to reach the potty and also to keep her feet on to stablize and balance herself while going potty.

I hate seat covers because now and again they are too solid & the pee doesn't leak by ability of lol. I hate squatting because i do not opt to miss the damn lavatory! I in basic terms convey a damp paper towel in and wipe the lavatory and sit down. i'm getting to take a bath later , so this is cool.

When my daughter first started her potty training she was a little afraid of falling in so I would sit next to her and let her hold onto me for stability until she felt comfortable enough to hold onto the sides herself. good luck

our daughter holds herself up by holding onto the sides of the toilet. and if it's a public bathroom I give her papertowels to put on the sides of the toilet , then she grips so she doesnt have to touch it with her hands.

My daughter closes her legs so her thighs are on the edge of the seat, and she holds herself up with her hands so her butt does not get wet.

I have boys but generally this works the same with ether sex. Place them on the toilet with their legs wider apart, have them put their arms ether in front of or on ether side of them to hold them self's up. this helps them balance. Also my boys liked it when i placed a small step stool in front of the toilet for them to put their feet on.

you can buy an insert for the big toilet so she won't fall in. ask someone at child-oriented store for help.

it's not easy, for my grandaughter we use a smaller seat that sits on top of the big seat, she's more at ease on that.
