Hi, coming over to new york from ireland on nov 9th, and want to get all my christmas stuff over there, Is there any really good Christmas stores around 42nd street. Also, looking for kids designer clothing, any suggestions? Thanks guys!

I think you will be able to find tons of Christmas stuff over at Macy's which is on 34th Street, jsut a few blocks away. To be honest, Christmas decorations will be on sale EVERYWHERE and you'll probably get sick of seeing it all. Other big department stores to go check out should be Saks 5th Avenue and Bloomingdales. Also, for inexpensive stuff, go down to Chinatown.
As for designer clothing, many of the designers have their own stores, though the big department stores have got sections within each store. A better suggestion would be to go out to an outlet center like Secaucus. You can get there easily enough by bus from the Port Authority.

thoroughly uninformed and guessing answer, yet with as a lot snow as they have had in previous few days, I kinda doubt that each and every physique could dedicate ingredients to digging out the decorations to take them down
