Who starts fights more often - men or women?

Men start more physical fights, women argue more, and longer. As far as resolving, I don't think one sex is better at resolving an issue than the other. If a man can't "win" an argument he'll just get louder and louder. If a woman can't "win" she'll either cry or hold a grudge and do something passive aggressive. Fighting sucks.

The truth is that to have a fight, both parties must disagree (You can't fight with youself, or can you?). Thus both start the fight and the fight goes on until an agreement (again between both parties). This comes through comprimise by one or both people and in the end the fight is only really resovled when both people are happy with the end result of the fight. So don't blame others for fighting with you cause you're fighting with them too. And arguement are always good for getting out what people really feel and helps to understand them (a good fight always ends with two happier people)

Strangely enough the percentages change depending on the sort of people you choose for the experiment, plus if you remove drink and drugs from the equasion. Ignorance breeds infighting, lowlife mentality aided with drink or drugs causes can cause unnecessary violence. Percentage wise women cause through their games and manipulations many of men's fights, and amongst themselves, for their pecking order in fighting for the attention of men, more so. Get out of the "have not" society and mentality, the women are just as competitive but far more polite, sneakier = polite way of saying liar, but just as troublesome. They will always push buttons to create one drama or another. Women adore drama. Men though, are such damn decent beings, open, honest, amusing, entertaining, funny and generous, not forgetting honourable.

women will start the fight... cause of fight will be sth the man has done/said..... Naturally,the women will NOT back down no matter wat happens n will start sulking or some even cry! Men will not be able to endure all these drama and will start to pacify the girl in one way or the other n than SETTLED... Happily ever after again... Well till the next fight at least :)

Not quite sure who is mostly responsible for starting them, I guess it depends on the topic in hand.

Careful what you say though guys, as women definitely have excellent memories where arguments are concerned and can recall exact quotes 6 months down the line when it suits them :)
