Dating a co-worker is such a bad thing. It adds a lot of stress to the work environment. But if you like him then go for it but be careful.

today with all the harrassment problems it is a minefield to have a relationship with a co worker

u dont have to tell him ur in love with him. Feel him out, check his body language arnd u, if u think he is attracted to u, then ask him out, casually. If he says yes, great, if no.... then u move on.
