Vitamin E is about the best thing in the world for scars. I prefer the oil, and the easiest way I have found to apply it is to buy the capsules, and stick a pin in the end, and then the capsule works as a little applicator. I prefer it to the creams, as it has more Vitamin E in it.

Keloids are a different type of scar, and are much harder to get rid of. You probably cannot get rid of them, only reduce the size and appearance. There are special creams to do that, but I am afraid I don't know the names. I do know that Vitamin E is not the most effective for keloids, but will help a bit. Ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice on the keloids, as he or she will know best.

Good luck!
