Get yourself to a doctor. They should run some blood tests to determine whether you have any underlying health problems that are causing you to be underweight, such as diabetes or an over active thyroid gland.

You can try to increase your calories by eating more protein and complex carbohydrates and do some weights at the gym - if you build up some muscle mass, muscle weighs more than fat.

However, if both of your parents are slim, you may have just inherited their natural build - in which case there is little that you can do.

It is only really a problem if you have a very low BMI and if, as a result of this, you are experiencing problems such as absent periods etc.

First of all I'd like to recommend some classes in English. Learn what your daily regime of food is, vegetables, meat, cereals, etc. Set some values for yourself, eating habits, you may not like some. Good exercises programs. Your metabolism may be high, some people are. You may need to add a vitamin supplement to your diet. Age will have a index on you, how old are you? you will change as you mature, usually about 18-20, 20-40 after this if we don't watch ourselves, everything falls apart 40 to ? young people now days eat whatever is in front of them with no care to value. McDonalds, Burger King, etc. we need a rounded diet. The best thing the Mi school system did was take the soda and candy machines out of the schools, the kids lined up daily in front rather then the cafeteria.

You probbaly have a very high metabolism, and burn up the calories of what you eat. Try increasing carbohydrates and dont worry too much about it. Many people would love to be in your position.

Join a reputable gym, when you do, they should discuss an exercise programme with you and ask you what your goals are.

Tell them what you require and they should help you with an exercise programme and also advice about diet.

As long as you feel well and have plenty of energy, its not illness, just genetics.
