I do not think it would be a good idea to use a straightener as your hair is already very dry and the permanent straightening agents tend to dry the hair a lot more. What i do suggest is that you use heat activated conditioners and have your hair blowdried at everywash. Since you have dry hair you probably do not need to wash it all that often, so a blowdry a week should be sufficient and the heat activated conditioner will work beautifully. Try the Thermasilk range of products.

Hi Karan,

Curly hair is cool but if you sill want to go for the stright look than try Japneese Bonding. Your hair will become stright, will have a nice silky look. Any salon will do it for you., But the most important thing is maintance. Please gently massage olive oil in your hair and leave it for an hr before washing it with a good shampoo i suggest Loreal stright hair shampoo. Regularly go for protine treatements for you hair. Basically after doing a permanent strightning maintaining it is very important. You good products.

Yes.

It is possible.

You need to buy hair relaxer and and use them per instructions on the packaging. They are also known as straightener.

Some hair salon also can do it for you, check the local salon, some barber may be doing it also.

Check Pharmacy. They may have variety of relaxer. I do not think any one product provide permanent results. Need to use the product from time to time as needed.

PS

Relaxers are available on Internet also.

If it is long you can use ironing tongs to straighten it but that only lasts a day or two.

If you want it to stay long for about 6 months you can have it straightened and permed.
