Eat those foods which have high protein and fat content like mutton, fish, buffalo milk plus u will have to work out otherwise u wont be gaining it as ur body will take only how much it wants from ur food.rest will be wasted.these hyped powder dont work, just avoid that, they may have adverse effect on ur kidney and liver.try these for 3 month and if u dont gain then let me know,i will suggest some allopathic drugs.

Mash a ripe banana and mix it with milk and sugar/honey and have a glass of it in the morning and late afternoon. It will not interfere with your mealtime and weight gain powders are a waste of money. Before leaving for work, have complete meals,i.e.dal,rice,vegetables,chapati,salaad.Have it 2hrs before u leave for work,so u wont feel heavy at the time of going to work.Sleep well, even if at odd hours.Also.soak a handfull of wheat for a few hours,,grind it into a paste with some water, strain it,and cook the liquid till it thickens.Add sugar to taste and have it.Dont have time for this?O.K.,just cook dalia(broken wheat) and sweeten it with sugar.Eat it everyday as breakfast.Dont have junkfood.Keep some dryfrits with u all the time and eat them whenever hungry.

i used to do bodybuilding so i know the powders do work, use them 3 times a day between meals or a a substitute if u don't have time to eat, include nuts in your diet maybe add a little soft drink or juice...make sure the powder you are using is 50/50 carbs/protein

For weight gain u have to conserve energy, so, eat more, work less and sleep well. the type of food should be those having less fibre and more calorie, like pea nuts.

Hi there ! relax !
Dont worry !
Take an ice cream daily !
More fruits and vegetables ! (your choice)
More carbohydrates and proteins..!
Who said "complete meals" ? that concept has disappeared now !

believe you me, once you are married for one year and thereafter you will naturally put weight on and then you will be asking us how to lose weight. If I were you I wouldn't worry too much at this juncture.
