Try taking some hair vitamins and food supplements, it could help. You could also try buying a shampoo for thinning hair, Kerastace has it and it's good. There are also capsules that you have to put on the roots ( different brands, Vichy, Furterer, Kerastace). I tried and those really help. I would advise to all of these, it works better in a complex.

Think u might need to see yr gp to see if it is anything more sinister. Please do not leave this in the hope that it will sort itself out. There r a few things that this could be a symptom of so think a trip to the gp is needed. Good luck

avoid to use shampoo daily. If it's not possible to avoid, use it once in a week. Try to use coconut oil daily, before you take bath. You will get your thick hair back.

normally average of loosing hair per day is around fifty hair strands. however if you loose a lot , you better check with your life style... such as diet , any new medication, stress from work or relationship, lack of exercise...
perhaps your body is telling you that you have to take care of yourself good...

Sometimes it has to do with your diet. Are you eating the right kinds of foods? Lack of some vitamins and minerals can cause this.
