God has created human beings and the human beings have learnt to do the impossible possible. What was not possible over a century ago, is now possible. In God's creation, there are so many things we have still not been able to understand and as you keep exploring and finding new things, it becomes easy to live happily. God has created the earth and the universe but the human beings have created religions, be it Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc. So do not blame God if the Christians are not able to achieve the impossible.

God doesn't come down and talk to people one on one anymore, so I don't see how anybody can pretend that they are getting direction from God to do anything, I call it intuition and it comes without "Gods" help. To answer the question here, I believe Christianity and many other organized religions teach people to have tunnel vision, to convienently for them have faith and not to question the word of god, allah whoever. Why put yourself in a box you ask? Ahh because people feel secure when they have all the answers in a book, a community to fall back on and a belief system that lends a happier ending for death than nothingness.I have also noticed that people as a whole tend to group together and seem to thrive on seperatism, look at all the killing going on over territory, religion and race in the world. We all agree it's hideous but it still happens...

Because we are not God.....
If we are called upon to do a task for God directed by God we will be able to accomplish the task. The problem is we try and do things with out direction or permission.

God told Isaiah why. He said My ways are not your ways. Christians nowadays are like brats, we want everything our way.We see the results and just never seem to learn. So glad we have Jesus or we would all be going under.

LIKE WHAT U SAID ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE WITH God ,christians are not God in that we read the bible to be good But God is our creator and he is holy .

I don't see the relevance between God and Christianity, in the bible it is also said that if a christian has a grain's worth of faith, he could move mountains, who can do that? no one can.

All things are possible for all people.
If you need a Christian God to help you, that works.
If you need Allah to help you, that's OK.
If you devote your life to making it the best that you can, you might not need help.

we fall down trying to be in gods favour. that shows our imperfection, and people dont like being reminded of their flaws.
