What should I do for this and can it be cured.

Hi. My Daughter had this when she was about 6. Suggest you go to a dermatologist to look at it. There was no physical reason for it and it was a small bald patch, almost a perfect cirlce. Anyway no one really knew but we thought it may have been induced by some trauma. It went away. My Daughter is now 13 an no more problems. Look into the trauma possibility either physical or mental. That can trigger Alopecia.

I am an male aged 43, and suffering from the same problem. I have consulted a dermentologist and skin specialist, and I am witnessing a growth in the patch. However it is a long process, But your son would be cured that I am sure. for further details E mail me at geeessgulati@yahoo.co.in

If it does not grow back in few weeks see a doctor and get prescription strength Rogain, it is over the counter in some locations.

Others have said their girl had but girl's chemistry is quite different then a boy's chemistry at 10 year's age.

He may need some help, from medicine of some kind.

I don't know much about Alopecia but i do know that to avoid hair loss of any kind, apply olive and rosemary oil on the scalp everday and the hair will grow back.
