if ur face is thin or small, go for short hairstyles, not nery short but chin level, makes ur face round and glowing.
if ur skin tone is more bronze than pale go for light colors, blonde and honey would be stunning, but if ur skin is pale dont do that, and go for darker degrees of blonde.
also ur eyes, if ur eyes are wide and defined, so u got to grab people attention to them by using a dark haircolor, maybe dark brown or black.
also ur hair texture matters, if its thin dont let it grow long, if its thick u're free to do whatever u like:)

This is a tricky one.You should go with something that you havent had before and for the color if you have really dark hair just go with a soft highlight but if you have light hair then i would go as light as i could without it being too white looking

Still hard to tell without actually knowing what you look like. Best advice I can give is go to a stylist and get reccomendations for them. Also, look thru some magazines at different styles you like to take with you.

well the darker you are, you need to have darker hair. i would suggest something in the brown family. depending on the shade, you may be able to pull off a light to medium brown hair color. I think a medium golden brown would look best. hairstyle...it all depends on what you're hair type is.
