They should sign the Treaty as well. and allow IAEA to inspect their nuke facilities and arms.

Yes they should be inspected...first UN should force them to sign the treaty and afterwards should arrange the Inspection...its very much known that they have the nukes which is very much damngerious to other Arabic/Muslim counrty around Israel...specially when israel is not abiding the rules and regulation of UN and keep expanding its border by taking the treatory of other neighbouring countries......if they don't sign the treaty then sacntions to be imposed from the world. its direct threat to peace of the world and specially to the muslim world. If they can keep the nukes then every other country should allow to develop the nukes as well.

Finally...but let's see if it will really happen...Israel should allow the inspections of its nuclear facilities,but than again,if they won't allow them, it wouldn't be the first time Israel would refuse to apply something that the international community asks them...
As for the NPT ,if Israel signs it than having nuclear weapons it would be a break of the treaty...and i really doubt that Israel wants to give up their nuclear weapons...
