For more years than I can remember I have been using LIFEBUOY soap.
To me it is the best anti-bacterial soap around.
Unfortunately it is not available everywhere, but it is worth a good search and asking around at drugstores.

soap aint ne better fer yer skin buddy..the point is wether anit or no anti bacterial..dont use soap..not very good fer skin..use liquid n natural cleansers :)

Dettol or Savlon. You could also use nthe Neem soaps if you wanted to. If its anti-acne, you could try out Clearasil...
