Cures for hangovers....

Drink plenty of water prior to going to bed the same night that you drank. You wake up with a hangover due to dehydration. So hydrate prior to going to bed. It is best to use an electrolyte replacement such as Pedialite or EmergenC.

Another way, which works but is not probably the best solution... is to have another stiff drink in the morning. Nothing sucks worse then drinking when you are hung over, but it often helps.

i remember those days!! haven't had a drink in 6+ years and don't miss it at all!!!

a hangover is your body's way of trying to recover itself and is a result of dehydration too. you need to get lots of fluids back into your body in the next 24 hours.

gatorade and water are best. take ibuprofen for the headache but if you are vomiting-don't take anything b/c you'll just throw it back up. if you are vomiting and are unable to keep even water down for more than 3 hours-make a trip to the emergency room. this means dehydration has hit the severe mark and the only way to rehydrate yourself is to get i.v antibiotics.

take small, frequent sips of water or gatorade every 15 minutes or so and rest. these are the two best ways of kicking the hangover.

in the future-if you know you're going to be drinking heavily. take two tylenol before drinking (no, this won't hurt you) and it should ward off the splitting headache.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. You've got to put back all the water drinking took out of your body.

Whenever I know I'm going to be partying hard, I make sure I've got plenty of water in the fridge and a bottle of clear Gatorade on my bedside table.

Another drink upon waking up, or don't drink so much the night before....unfortunately the only two answers.

Well I would think that would be rather easy to figure out, Don't drink so much or better yet not at all if you don't know when to stop.
