Well, the only definition of "peached" that I can think of is to pelt him with peaches. That might be kind of entertaining. However, if you mean impeached, there are no charges to bring against him. Plus, it wouldn't get him out of office, anyway. Only two presidents have ever been impeached (Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton), and neither one of them were removed from office.
While Bush might have many faults, smoking crack is definately not one of them.
If you are truly fed up with him, the best thing you can do is vote democrat on November 7th.

There's basically no point in impeaching Bush, he's near the end of his term anyhow.
