i posted on health as well cuz i didnt know how fast you guys were, and some1 mentioned about it still being wet, and some1 else about the color (blue)

No. If that were true, half of the student body at Colorado State University would have died already from being stabbed in the eye with a Papermate.

NO, but you may end up with a home made tattoo. if the ink gets into the deeper layers. though only if its indian type ink, the one that stains very easily on fabric.

Depends if it was red, blue or black. Red ink is usually ok as it doesn't have as many phospho-ketylalinines in it. Blue or black are a different case though - i'd seriously consider going to the hospital if it was one of the 2B's (as they say in the industry).

I have 3 tattoos, all of which required ink, and I have not been poisoned. You'll be just fine.
