i think the man boobs are from being overweight... only way to get rid of them is plenty and plenty of exercise and concentrating strenght training in the part of your body. if you can go for a personal trainer... look around google for exercises for the pectoralis major muscle... you can make it!!!

Well that is plenty of time to find yourself a great trainer, and nutritionalist. The best thing for you right now is getting into shape, and making it a lifestyle. There is know simple way to do this so might as well get started now while your young, or go to Costa Rica with man boobs. By the way I love pot, and I am in great shape w out plastic surgery. Benefits to choosing training than surgery money, no recovery, no side effects, good confidence, more understanding of body, and just a great learning experiance that gives a great since of worth. Only you can make this decission though, and believe unless your willing to make this a lifestyle don't do it. Just have fun in Costa Rica the best you can, and where a shirt. Good luck!!!

I am a personal trainer and nutritionist.
MAYBE some past drug use has a little to with your present condition but be honest. I doubt you've gotten chubby by eating right and exercising regularly. Put the blame squarely where it belongs: you've made some poor choices to this point regarding your health and fitness which have resulted in a less-than-pleasing physical appearance. Once you can admit that then changing things permanently for the better becomes much easier.
You cannot lose fat in only one area to the exclusion of others (i.e., "spot reduction").
However, you can target specific muscles and tone or build size, depending on your goals. Good exercises for building the pecs are: pushups, incline, flat or decline bench presses, machine presses, machine or dumbell flyes. I would caution you that it is a mistake to train only one muscle group to the exclusion of all the others. Not only does it make a person look silly but often leads to muscular imbalances and chronic pain patterns. You should really learn how to train all of the major muscle groups properly in order to get the best results.
Remember, "man boobs" never develop on an otherwise fit person. If you've got 'em then your whole body needs work. Instead of concentrating on only one area like your chest start thinking about overall health and fitness with a good (and regular) exercise program that includes resistance training (weights), aerobic exercise and a healthy eating plan built on several small daily meals of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and lean sources of protein. Approaching changes in your appearance with such a myopic view, like toning only your chest, along with setting only a short-term goal such as looking good on a vacation will lead to disappointment and not give you real, life-changing (and appearance changing) results.

breasticles are not from pot. when a person loses weight the "boobs" are usually the first to go. a good diet and exercise will help but i don't think there is anything designed for that specific area. chances are you will not be the ugliest person in costa rica i have a friend there and he is the ugliest. just go and have fun don't worry what others think.

It isnt from smoking pot. Its from Eating too much. Cut down your portion size dramatically and start exercising, especially exercises for the upper body. And dont take this personally. Im fat too.

Your man boobs are not from smoking pot, they are from lack of upper body strenght, due too lack of exercise. Lay off the beer and pepsi and get to doing some light exercise to tone up and lower your body fat index. Pot does not cause men to grow large breast.

man any workout is good.... try walking out in the sun, lifting weights, push ups, sit ups, an ab roller would be nice, like on women when they lose weight some of the first weight to go is there breasts.... so just workout and stick to it... even 30 mins a day helps ...

Stop eating chicken and tofu. Do lots of push-ups and bench presses and lift weights. Cut out the pizza and beer.

Exercise your arms with twists and pulls to develop the chest muscles. Not a short term thing...consider getting a wig and a bikini so you'll fit in.
