Whats this ? Reduction of weight..it is understandable ! but 10kgs in 1 month ??
sounds a little too much ?
Follow these rules !
No oil / fat / fried items !
strict diet regime !
more of fruits and vegetables
NO non-vegetarian foods including egg
Brisk walking for 30 minutes daily pref. in early morning hours !

Don't be unrealistic.Did u gain the 10kgs.in 1 month?Then u cannot lose it also in 1 month.Exercise regularly,go to a gym if u can afford,walk regularly for 30min.everyday atleast,and keep a tab on your diet,you will lose the 10kgs.in a few months.

u just go for 15mins walk morning n 15 in evening.regularly eat healthy food,even dont eat to much oily,have balanced diet exercise daily for half hour
