Douse a cotton ball with hydrogen peroxide and dab all over your face where infected. Then dip the cotton ball into a box of baking soda and rub the powder into the pimpled area. Let the solution stay on your face for 30 minutes before splashing with warm water, followed by cold water. The baking soda and peroxide create oxygen and will bubble away all the nastiness. This is not a joke. It works. Do it every evening, and if you get up early enough in the morning, it's good to do it then too.

Do you have bangs? That will cause breakouts on your forehead . Drinking 8 glasses of water will flush out toxins which cause breakouts. Also eat healthy too. Don't touch your face too much. Whenever I get a pimple I put a dab of a deep cleansing herbal clay masque by Aveda on top of the pimple at night and leave it on all night. I t drys it up pretty quick.

Try to keep your hair out of your face and don't touch your face much unless you're washing it.
But I know that there is a certain condition that isn't acne that has to do with your hairline or whatever... it's not any worse than acne, it's just not exactly the same. If it really bothers you you should just see a dermatologist.

If you get zits in and around the forehead, it could mean you're having a case of dandruff. Try to use some medicated shampoo to wipe your hair off dandruff. First try to find the problem of the source and work out the derivatives.....!

First and foremost... do not drink alcohol or eat fried foods.
Never touch your face before washing your hands, and wash your hands everytime you touch your face.
Apply toothpase to major blemishes.
Clean your face with a gentle soap, but make sure it is not dove, since dove soaps add extra oils to them for moisturizing.
Seek the advice of your dermatoligist, which may include medication to remove an identified virus.
