If we have trav cheques in euros can we spend them directly in that country if the shop takes it?
And if we have t cheques from pounds can we exchange them in the banks there?thanks...

1) You can spend Euro cheques in any shop showing the travellers cheque logo, not all shops take them.

2) Yes, you can change UK cheques at banks, also in currency exchanges, most good hotels will also exchange them for guests.

Your bank card is the best option, you can use them at almost all shops in Europe to pay for your purchases, at cash machines (at any time of day or night - even when the banks aren't open) for Euro notes, and you dont have the trouble of arranging traveller's cheques before your departure.

you can spend travellers cheques in euros if they they are italian spanish to which ever country you go you get euros for that particular country
