a fry up and a cup of tea usually does it for me.....don't think i could do anything sweet like lucozade after a night on the drink......

Don't like fizzy drinks and Lucozade is probably the worst I've ever tasted - even worse than Coca Cola and I'm aggressively anti everything that started out in the USA.
Take the aspirin before you go to bed, and plenty of water.
Most people say you shouldn't drink beer after wine, but I always drink a can of lager before going to bed after a heavy night. Hang over? Haven't had one for thirty years.

Ha i was abit tiddly last night after several bottles of carlsberg export. I had the giggles and my husband wouldn't stop farting, so i sprayed air freshener round the bedroom-not a good idea, we nearly choked. don't know how we didn't wake the whole street with hysterical laughter. slightly hungover this morning. had grilled bacon and scrambled egg, followed by two cups of coffee and 2 co-codamol, job's a good-un! going out with my very nutty friend Jane on friday-she can't take her drink since she had a baby in june, so god help us both, ha ha! LOL :)

I always think a nice sweet cup of tea with a fry up is a better cure, gets the bowels moving and rid of the crap from the night before....

best hangover cure in the world is....banana and milk,either mixed together in a shake or just eat the banana and drink the milk..
