Jewish is the religion that only follows the Old Testament part of the Bible. To them Jesus Christ was not God visiting Earth but another prophet of very strong convictions and work. You can think of Jews as 'pre-Christians'.
The Protestant versions of Christians can be thought of as 'lighter' versions of Catholicism that grew from unhappiness of how the 'Church' was running the religion. Martin Luther didnt want to start a 'new' religion he wanted to fix the Catholic Church.
Jews believe that God is still 'coming' for the first time whereas Christians believe He's coming back for a second time.
The 'odd' thing of Roman Catholics vs Orthodox Catholics is that Orthodox priests can get married and Romans cant! Soemthing about losing Church land way back when they could marry and the widows of priests would sell Church land to survive. So Romans are more narrow than Orthodox...!!??

The Jewish faithful are first divided into two categories; the pharisees & saducees, but beyond that, just as the Christians are baptists, COGIC, or methodists, the Jews have many different sects. They are also either orthodox, reform, or (I forget the third), and there are even Christian Jews, though none of the traditional jewish sects accept or acknowledge them. Is this what you were looking for?

There are many denominations that is more than what you named here. Others are Baptists, holiness, lutherans, jevoah witness, and countless of others. So therefore christians are more than 3 categories as you named.
