Absolutely! Love has nothing to do with sight. It's the emotional and chemical attraction when you meet someone. I actually envy blind people when it comes to love. Yes they can touch a person's face or body to get an image of them, but they are truly the only people that can see a person for them true selves. I'm glad I have the gift of vision, but sometimes I wish i couldn't see so that i really could see

It would be more like love at first touch. Does this happen? Possibly. Best to ask a blind person this hypothetical question.

Blind peopls can not see. But even thought they can not see they can still love.
