In Genesis it gives the discription of the location of Edan and later, after Adam and Eve are cast out it says that God placed an angel with burning sword to guard this tree from us. Do you think there is such a tree?

The Bible says that such a tree existed so yes I believe the tree was put on this Earth. The one event that you are forgeting is the great flood.
The great flood that Noah built his ark to save his family covered the entire world. Such a flood would have destroyed Eden and all the plant growth that was in it including the tree of life.

it is in the garden of eden. along side the forbidden tree. if you can determine that the garden of eden is not the earth than you might have to say NO.
I once dreamed a dream, probably much like the experience that jesus had when satan tempted him and put him on the pinnacle. was he in the body or out? I saw in my dream a unique tree, i notice that people would cut a pathway under its branches and a single fruit hanging overhead. I stared at it until I woke up from that experience. Was it real? i dont know. i had to be taken away to another place where there was housing all around it.
But if you take the literal existence of God and the garden somewhere else out in the cosmos the garden could be describes as being where God lives. Here on this planet there is only a throne until the New Jerusalem descends from heaven. Personally i believe its possible that the garden was not on this planet.

The tree of life was first recorded in ancient Egypt. It is basically a model of how the individual can connect the physical body with the mental/emotional and ultimately the spiritual self. It's my assertion that this metaphoric "tree" found it's way into Abrahamic literature via Hermetic philosophy recorded by the Greeks who learned this from the Egyptian schools of mysticism. Somehow the tree went from metaphor and model to a perceived reality - likely in the interpretation.

It is undoubtedly, the one, true Church which was founded by Jesus Christ for the salvation of all.
And today, rather than being guarded by an angel with a flaming sword, it is obscured by the false rhetoric and evil acts of those who choose to follow a fallen angel.

When reading the Bible, do not take everything literally. The tree of life is a symbol of Man's downfall....do you honestly believe that God created the whole world in just six days?tsk,tsk.

It once did. It provided a nutrient that enabled the princes staff and later
Adam and Eve to live as practical immortals.

the answer is yes ,gives us life in us to keep going on ,gives us hope to beleive, the tree of life is in us burning in our hearts until he is ready to take us back to him our god . for me i am not religios , i can tell you this ,much, im avery rich man ,spirtully phyisically, and mentally because i have family and freinds that love and respect me ,my body is intact complete and i think straight i thank him every day for that blessing .if you nurish your body with faith through god you will flurish gracefully it dosent matter who you are or where your from the tree of life is in us in our world. sorry it took me so long to respone.
