well, i meet this cute 30 y/o woman a while ago now who i think she likes me, one day she visited me at work and told me that she now doesn't worry to be talking to me for too long becuz she's single now and just wanna get a new guy to have at least some fun, in the look of her face i could tell that she wanted me alot, i was gonna ask her out but i was too busy, i'm thinking of doing it sometime later but i just hope not to get her in trouble for being with me cuz i'm just only 17, even though i've told her that i'm 20. she believs me becuz i look and talk very mature, she know that i'm a hard worker, she knows i'm single but she doesn't know i'm underage.i dont wanna tell her becuz i like her and i dream of gettin laid with her...

In some states she could get into trouble if she has sex with someone under the age of 18. However, some places do give a little leway of the underage person is 17. She could also claim that you decieved her by lying about your age. On the other hand, she needs to err on the side of caution and not risk legal problems and date someone at least 21.

If you like her and she likes you then respect each other, respect means telling the truth and means having the right time to do it, I dont believe it is correct to have sex at this age, if there is real love then sex will be the last thing you will think of, have time, grow up let her do her life and then be friends, when you grow older you all can be legally mature to decide what to do with your lifes.

Depends on what state you are in most state 17 is the legal age for these actions check your STATE.GOV web site and find out the statue of limitation laws in your state most is 17

Its illegall for her- it can land her in jail for a good while. If you are an honorable person, you will tell her the truth, and not put her in jeopardy.
